A consumer-based association operating under the auspices of IPERI aiming to advance holistic approaches to pain therapy management. Through evidence-based practices, modern technologies, and patient-centered care, PTN seeks to alleviate suffering and improve quality of life for individuals experiencing chronic or acute pain. It addresses the growing need for comprehensive and innovative solutions to pain management using several focus areas.

The PTN association comprises of Zimbabweans from various sectors of the society whose shared interest is to consider pain management as a consumer issue.  PTN consists of members who are highly motivated volunteers with personal interest in advancing the plight of chronic medication users.  Some are personally affected while others are health professions, social workers, students, senior citizens, and other concerned citizens.  The Association works closely with other organizations such as the Consumer Council of Zimbabwe, Epilepsy Support Foundation, Zimbabwe Diabetic Association, and it is currently based within IPERI.
